Returns & Refunds

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to return it for a full refund of the item price. No complicated conditions.

What we need

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused or gently used, with all original packaging, accessories and parts included. For consumable products such as chews and supplements, the item must be unopened and sealed.

How to start a return

Email us at ebnventuresllc@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the address to send it to. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us, as returns sent without instructions can't be processed.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we cover return shipping entirely and you'll get a full refund including any shipping you paid. For all other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or wrong items

Let us know within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you won't need to pay anything.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll process your refund within 2 business days. It goes back to your original payment method and usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it at no charge. After that your order may already be on its way, in which case our standard return process applies.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Return the original item under this policy and place a new order. That's the fastest way to get the right item to you.
